During June 2009, two international firms expanded their global presence through an office in New Zealand. Graham Matthews, Director Investment New Zealand, says: “My congratulations to Mascus and Experian. Both firms will help New Zealand businesses make the most of digital media, in terms of better access to customers in the global market.”
Finland-based Mascus, an online trading platform for used heavy machinery and transportation vehicles, has opened offices in Perth, Australia and New Zealand. Mascus operates in 32 countries and 29 languages. Its New Zealand online trading platform is already operational on their website:www.mascus.co.nz.
Global information services company Experian, a provider of e-mail marketing and customer intelligence technologies, has announced the opening of a new office in Auckland, New Zealand. It operates throughout the United States, France, Spain, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Experian CheetahMail sends permission-based e-mails on behalf of the world's leading international brands. The decision to launch Experian CheetahMail in New Zealand is in response to the rising demand from the country's top enterprises for access to more sophisticated and personalized digital marketing capabilities.
